This site was created in April of 1997 as a project for an Egyptian Art and Archaeology class at Duke University, taught by Dr. Paul Rehak (one of my favorite Duke professors!). I graduated from Duke with a degree in Art and Art History. As of October, 2001, I am a Web Designer at Doceus, a Washington, DC-based web design and development firm. To see some of the sites I've worked on both on my own and at Doceus, take a look at my portfolio. I hope this site is helpful to you in your studies. I truly was fascinated with the story of Hatshepsut, and I worked hard to ensure the accuracy of the information found on this site. However, I am not an Egyptology scholar. This site should be used as an additional resource to primary and/or published research.
