Staging Sells – Staging is extremely important with any listing. The Bediz Group has helped stage dozens of listings and actually has an inventory of items we commonly use during the staging process so you don’t have to hire an expensive staging service in most cases. For a large, empty home, we have close relationships with many of the top staging companies in the D.C. metro area to keep costs low.
Price it right, sell it fast! – Of course we’ll help your home look its best… but the most important aspect of your listing ultimately boils down to price. Professional marketing, web-wide – the Multiple Listing Service is a key tool for buyers who are looking for their next dream home. But it is by no means the only way your home should be marketed on the internet. We understand this importance and ensure all our listings have at least 15 professional photos and include a description with each photo, plus high-quality photo tours, open house information and disclosures with all our listings. Each of our tours is then repeated to over 500 websites, including Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and ColdwellBanker.com. This ensures buyers and their agents have easy access to all the necessary information about your property.
Postcards & Brochures – Nothing makes more of a lasting impression than professional brochures and postcards. At the Bediz Group, we create high-quality brochures to give to potential buyers and Open Houses visitors. We also mail up to 5,000 postcards to the surrounding neighborhoods to announce your property and first Open House. Most agents have stopped any form of printed advertising, since it is so expensive. Instead, we have found ways to reach even more potential buyers with even better printed materials.

Our listings and open houses are also posted on our Bediz Group Facebook and Twitter page and emailed to our growing database of 2,000+ recipients on a weekly basis.
Open houses are key to any listings. We perform open houses more often than almost any other brokers, thanks to our team of eight agents within the Bediz Group, plus access to 283 agents in our local office who are all eager to hold open houses too. At our open houses, we provide the finest quality brochures to all visitors and collect their contact information to follow up in the future. We also may host Broker’s Opens every week for real estate agents to visit your property and preview it for their clients. These Broker’s Opens also allow us to get feedback from other real estate agents.
