RYAN TYNDALL, REALTOR®
Ryan began his career as an attorney and worked for over ten years at large international law firms on complex legal matters ranging from international boundary disputes to multi-billion dollar project financings.
In 2008, Ryan’s interest in real estate, developed through his own real estate investments in the city, led him to become a licensed Realtor and a member of the Bediz Group. Ryan provides the full range of real estate services to his clients, from first-time homebuyers purchasing their first one-bedroom condo to savvy investors looking to add multi-family or other commercial properties to their portfolios. No matter what their goals or price points, Ryan’s clients benefit tremendously from his expert contract drafting skills, his ability to spot and mitigate issues before they arise, his calm and reassuring demeanor throughout the course of the transaction, and–most importantly–his absolute commitment to providing the best client experience.
Ryan is a native of North Carolina and has been a DC resident since 2000. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Georgetown University Law Center, where he also works from time to time as an adjunct professor of law. When Ryan isn’t representing clients in real estate or legal matters, you’re very likely to find him boating on the Potomac (at least in the warmer months).
Ryan is a licensed real estate salesperson in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and works in every neighborhood throughout the greater DC metropolitan area.
